Hello there,

I am Harry D. James. I have just recently started to learn how to code web pages. I've been coding for 2 weeks, and I think I've made progress from my initial attempts. I wanted to show what I'd learned; so I bought a domain, watched a tutorial, and now here we are.

I'm a padawan web designer, trying to become a master. Unlike Anakin, I know it's going to take a while. I'm in no rush. If nothing else 2020 taught me the value of patience.

It's 2021 finally! 2020 was pretty rough for many people, myself included. Something about being isolated during a global pandemic that was not being managed at all in the country I live in that made me queston my sanity.

For almost a year I thought, this can't be real. This isn't really happening. This is just a really vivid and long dream. Even though surrounded by a loving family, I felt like I was starting to drift away from reality. Like nothing was real, only what was in my mind.

I mean if the president could make up reality as he went along; why couldn't I?

I needed something to ground me again. Too much wondering about what may be was distracting me. I needed to refocus on what is. To regain my focus, I've basically turned my house into a technology laboratory.

I'm an avid fan of technology, and entertainment of all kinds. I'm not so much a fan of people. I spend most of my time trying to understand things I currently don't; not people.

At the start of the pandemic, my family used a standard cable modem to connect to the internet, because who really needs more than that? Me. That's who. I got a router and some switches and started studying. Now we have a network with 4VLANs, each with its own Wireless SSID.

My latest projects are web design and social media. Ironic isn't it. A guy that spends most of his time away from other people wants to know about social media.

It's not so much the social part, but how it all works together. Since I learn best by doing I set one up.

Madsay is an online social community without a definition. I hate being defined. Everyone is free to be who they are, not who they are expected to be.
